Bernardo Lopez (second team) Born in Colombia, S.A., Bernardo grew up in a soccer-obsessed country where he started playing soccer at age five. In 1978, at age 15, he joined the second division of the professional team, Millonaries, coached by Jaime Arroyabe. Lopez played in this division for two years until a memiscus injury ended his professional career. He began coaching in Rockridge in 1999 and coached Class III for the last three years. This will be Bernardo's first year as a head coach in the Bay Oaks.
